Generated documents can now be selected and emailed to clients directly from the file.
Lawyers can attach the recorded deed PDF and send it to buyers when the recorded deed is ready.
Portfolio edit screens now show a history of saved changes, including what changed, who changed it, and when.
Generated Word documents temaplates have cleaner signatures, tables, spacing, footers, and page breaks, so they should need less manual formatting review.
File forms are easier to complete because leasing and escrow-only workflows show only the sections relevant to that type of file.
Payments are clearer: each payment shows one amount with its currency, down payments can be marked as First, Date, or Closing, and the app blocks common balance mistakes.
Buyers, sellers, associates, notes, uploads, and delete confirmations now use more consistent add, edit, remove, and confirmation behavior.
Portfolio forms now warn before users leave with unsaved changes, and email fields reject invalid addresses more strictly.
